This is a general error message that is shown when WisE does not know the specific reason for the error. Please contact WisE helpdesk with the following information:
1) FULLSCREEN screenshot of the error (including URL bar & taskbar with date/time)
2) Login ID(s) that encountered the error
3) Steps taken before the error (e.g. go to order screen, click on issue order, etc)
4) Order No, Invoice No, or other relevant data
5) Urgency to resolve & impact of any delay
