Cannot login/ account is disabled
Please check these possible causes:
1) Account is locked due to wrong password input 5 times.
2) Password has expired (3 month expiry date).
For above reasons, please try to reset your password.
3) Account was changed to “inactive”.
If needed, the account can be changed to active by another user from your company, TTC, or WisE helpdesk. After the change, please change your password within 1 hour.
4) New account was created but not activated before due date.
Please contact WisE helpdesk to send a new activation link.
