For WisE standard business, suppliers are requested to accept orders with fluctuation up to 20%.
If the forecast was revised previously, the fluctuation limit is reduced to 0%.

If fluctuation exceeds the limit for monthly orders:

• Customers are able to place orders in WisE (a warning is given but orders can proceed).
• If order > forecast, suppliers may adjust the delivery timing to the following month for the additional quantity.
• If order < forecast, suppliers may contact TTC for a solution or compensation for losses.

For weekly orders, WisE has no standard rule.
