QHow is the delivery plan calculated for customers?

Customer delivery plans are calculated using the supplier delivery plan + master lead time setting + master shipping calendar.

Before suppliers confirm orders, the supplier delivery plan is only a temporary estimate based on heijunka (evenly-distributed) delivery across available supplier delivery dates registered in master.

If your delivery plan seems incorrect, the master settings may need to be adjusted. Please consult your local TTC office to discuss it.
