QHow to check delivery plan for customers?

Role: Customer

1) When orders are placed, a draft delivery plan is shown in the last step
2) After orders are placed, the plan is shown on the shipping status in [MENU > Order Status]
3) Shipping status may also be downloaded with more filter conditions from [MENU > Data Search > Reports]
