QWhy is the customer delivery plan so late?

Here are 3 possible causes:

1) Suppliers adjusted their delivery plan to a later date.

 

2) There may be an irregular event, such as supplier shut-down, shipping disruption, etc. Please check with your local TTC office for information.

3) The master settings are not correct.
If the delivery plan is later than you expect for every order, please contact your local TTC office to discuss it.
