How to check delivery status (shipping status) for customers?
Role: Customer
Order delivery status can be checked in the shipping status in these 2 functions:
1) [MENU > Order Status]
2) [MENU > Data Search > Reports > Shipping Status (Customer)]
After goods are shipped by the exporter, an "Actual" column is added to Shipping Status in WisE.
Until ATA at the import country, ETA will continue to be updated based on carrier container tracking data (please understand that information is not available for all carriers).
