What reports are available in WisE for customers?
Role: Customer
To download reports, go to: [MENU > Data Search > Reports]
Customers have access to these reports:
1) Customer Order VS Forecast Report
For analysis of customer's monthly/ weekly order forecast accuracy
2) Extended Deliveries Report
To check if monthly/ weekly order delivery period was extended by suppliers
3) Order History (Customer)
To download order information for operation control or analysis
4) Shipping Status (Customer)
To check the latest delivery schedule for order and stock management
