What is a sub customer?
Role: Customer
A customer (e.g. company A) may contract a subsidiary or other company (e.g. company B) to manufacture a portion of their finished goods. In WisE, company B may be registered as a "sub customer" of company A (the "main customer"), which will allow company B to place orders to TTC in WisE on behalf of company A.
Besides placing orders, the sub customer has access to other WisE functions (order status, data search, settings) but they can only access the contracts assigned to them. Sub customers also cannot see price information in WisE. Documents like PO and invoice will be between the main customer and TTC only, and sub customers will only be mentioned as a delivery location.
