QCannot find orders in Confirm Order screen (for suppliers)

Please check these possible causes:

1) Monthly order timing
Suppliers can only see the orders after the order due date, even if customers place orders early

Also, orders are removed from the Confirm Order screen after the end of each month. They can be checked in [MENU > Order Status].

2) Non-monthly order timing
After orders are confirmed, they are removed from the Confirm Order screen at certain timings. Orders can be checked in [MENU > Order Status].

Otherwise, please contact your local TTC office or WisE helpdesk to check these causes:
3) Customer did not issue the order
4) Wrong master setting
5) System error
