How to register a new WisE account/ Login ID?
New accounts can be registered by existing users of the customer/ supplier/ warehouse.
1) Go to [MENU > Settings > User Management]
2) Click "CREATE NEW EXTERNAL USER"
3) Input the data and click "ISSUE"
4) New accounts may need to be approved by your local TTC office.
5) After approval, an email will be sent to the new user with a link to accept WisE terms & conditions and reset their password. Please note that this link has an expiry date. If expired, please contact WisE helpdesk for assistance.
New accounts can also be registered by your local TTC office or WisE helpdesk.
