1) Customer places order
- Regular order types (monthly, monthly additional, weekly) have an order due date.

2) Supplier receives order
- For monthly & monthly additional orders, orders from all customers are consolidated after the order due date and suppliers receive a combined order
- For other orders, supplier receives each order immediately after customers place it
- For regular orders, the supplier delivery plan is automatically calculated

3) Supplier confirms order
- Suppliers may adjust/ input their delivery plan (depending on order type & settings)
- For monthly orders, orders are automatically confirmed after the confirmation due date

4) Customer receives delivery plan
- The customer delivery plan is automatically calculated based on the supplier delivery plan
