How is the delivery plan calculated for suppliers?
For WisE standard business monthly orders & monthly additional orders
The supplier delivery period is 1st~end of N+1 month (N: order month). WisE automatically calculates a heijunka (evenly distributed) delivery plan based on the export working calendar and supplier delivery pattern setting (e.g., delivery every Tuesday).
For non-standard 1-to-1 business monthly orders
The supplier delivery period may be customized. Calculation method is the same as above.
For weekly orders
The supplier delivery period based on the supplier delivery pattern setting (e.g., delivery on Wed-Fri, 3 weeks after ordering). WisE automatically calculates a heijunka (evenly distributed) delivery plan based on the export working calendar.
For irregular orders (urgent, spot, trial)
Suppliers need to input their delivery plan based on their capacity and negotiation with TTC/ customers.
